Our sake and wine selections are personally chosen by Chef David to complement the Dojo Omakase. Offerings may change daily based on the menu and availability.

Sushi Dojo offers an intimate, energetic omakase experience centered on the connection between chef and guest. Take a seat at the counter, interact with our chefs, and enjoy premium Japanese fish, carefully prepared rice, precise seasoning, and David’s signature style in a lively, welcoming setting.
Our selection of sake, wine, and beer is available to complement the experience. Guests are also invited to relax in the lounge before their seating and remain afterward to continue the evening.
The sushi counter is reserved for the Dojo Omakase experience. Each seating begins promptly at the top of the hour, allowing our chefs to guide every guest through the progression together. Please arrive on time and respect the rotation so every guest can enjoy the complete experience as intended.

Chef David is the first non-Japanese person to earn Japan’s prestigious Grade 1 Tuna Dismantling Master certification, awarded by the Japan Association of Dismantling Tuna (JADT).
Part expert demonstration, part dining experience, and always entertaining, David’s signature tuna-cutting event brings guests directly into the action—with freshly prepared tuna served throughout the experience.
